Complete as many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

  • 55 Deadlifts (225#/153#)
  • 55 Wall Balls (20# – 10′ target/14# – 9′ target)
  • 55 Calorie Row
  • 55 Handstand Push-ups

Intermediate

Complete as many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

  • 55 Deadlifts (185#/123#)
  • 55 Wall Balls (20# – 9′ target/10# – 9′ target)
  • 55 Calorie Row
  • 55 Push Press (95#/63#)

Scaled

Complete as many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

  • 55 Deadlifts (135#/93#)
  • 55 Wall Balls (20# – 9′ target/10# – 9′ target)
  • 55 Calorie Row
  • 55 Hand Release Push-ups

Note – If one full round is completed before the end of the 13 minute time cap, the athlete will move back to the barbell and begin another round. Score is total number of reps completed in the 13 minute time cap.
