Partner WOD

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:

A.

  • 400m Run

B.

  • 5 Power Cleans (135#/93#)
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

While Partner A runs, the other is completing as many rounds + reps as possible of B. When Partner A completes the run, partners will switch tasks.
