Snatch Complex

  • 1 Power Snatch + 1 Mid Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Complete one set every :90 for 8 sets.  Build to a heavy, yet manageable weight.

Conditioning

4 rounds for max reps:

  • 1 minute Max One Armed Hang Kb Snatch – Right arm (53#/35#)
  • 1 minute Max One Armed Hang Kb Snatch – Left Arm (53#/35#)
  • 1 Minute Max Burpee Box Jumps
  • Rest 2 minutes
