Partner WOD

2 rounds – for Max Reps:

A. 400m Run + Max Rep Push Press (135#/93#)

B. 400m Run + Max Rep Box Jumps (24″/20#)

C. 400m Run + Max Rep Ball Slams (30#/20#)

Notes: While Partner A is running, partner B is completing as many reps as possible of the corresponding exercise.  Once partner A completes the 400m run, Partner B then completes as many reps as possible of the same exercise.  Each partner will run six times, and complete two sets of each exercise.
