- 6 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 6 Synchro Deadlifts
- 9 Syncho Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 9 Synchro Deadlifts
- 12-12
- 15-15 etc., adding three reps each to each movement each round.
