With a partner, complete the following for time:

  • 50 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
  • 50 Thrusters (95#/63#)
  • 40 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
  • 40 Thrusters (95#/63#)
  • 30 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
  • 30 Thrusters (95#/63#)
  • 20 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
  • 20 Thrusters (95#/63#)
  • 10 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
  • 10 Thrusters (95#/63#)

Notes:

  • Synchronized Abmat Sit-ups – both partners must perform the set number of reps, together, in unison.
  • Thrusters – These may be split up between the two athletes as they see fit.
