- 30 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
- 30 Thrusters (95#/63#)
- 20 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
- 20 Thrusters (95#/63#)
- 10 Synchro Abmat Sit-ups
- 10 Thrusters (95#/63#)
Notes:
- Synchronized Abmat Sit-ups – both partners must perform the set number of reps, together, in unison.
- Thrusters – These may be split up between the two athletes as they see fit.
