In teams of three – complete the following for time:

3 rounds:

  • 45 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
  • 30 Power Cleans (115#/83#)

Run 800m

2 rounds:

  • 45 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
  • 30 Power Cleans (135#/93#)

Run 600m

1 Round:

  • 45 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
  • 30 Power Cleans (155#/103#)

400m Run

Partners may split up the Wall Balls and Power Cleans as they wish.  All runs must be done together.
