  • Even Minutes: 3 Overhead Squats @ 22×1 Tempo
  • Odd Minutes: 12 Alternating Weighted Box Step-ups (6 each leg)

*Choose a weight for the Overhead Squats that allow you maintain a good position at the bottom.

*USe two Kbs or DBs for the step-ups. Choose a weight that allows you to move weight quickly and efficiently.

Conditioning

  • 12 Handstand Push-ups
