Team WOD

A. In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 15:00 of:

  • 150m Row Sprint
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (135#/93#)

Rest 5:00

B. In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 15:00 of:

  • 10 Push Press (135#/93#)
  • 15 Kb Swings (53#/35#)

For both the A and B, team members will cycle through full rounds one at a time, with only one member working at a time. The goal is to move as quickly as possible when it is your turn to work.
