With a partner, complete both of the following for time:

A.  Team Series WOD #8

  • 30 Synchronized Toes-2-Bar
  • 40 Synchronized DB Snatches (50#/35#)
  • 50 Synchronized Dumbbell Box Step-ups (2 x 50#/35# DBs – 24″/20″ box)
  • 40 Synchronized DB Snatches
  • 30 Synchronized Toes-2-Bar

15:00 Time Cap – Rest until the 20:00 mark

B. Team Series WOD #6

2 rounds:

  • 100 Calorie Row (switch every 25)
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups (scale to hand release push-ups)
