Olympic Lifting

Every :90 for 15 minutes, complete the following Snatch Complex

  • 1 Snatch Deadlift + 2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Slowly build throughout the ten sets, finishing with a heavy yet manageable weight.

Partner WOD

12 minute AMRAP:

  • 25/20 Calorie Row
  • Max Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)

-Both partners are working at the same time.  While Partner A is rowing, Partner B will complete as many Burpee Box Jumps as possible until Partner A is finished.  When Partner A finishes his/her row, partner B will become the rower.  Score is total number of Burpee Box Jumps completed between the two partners.
