Strength

Back Squat

  • 2 x 5 @ 50-60% of best 2 rep from last week
  • 2 x 3 @ 70%-80% of best 2 rep from last week
  • 4 x 1 @ 90% + of best 2 rep from last week (building each set)

Complete each set every 90.

Conditioning

5 rounds:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 20yd Walking Lunge with KB (2 x 53#/35# kbs)
