- Partner 2: 15 Kb Swings (70#/53#)

- Partner 1: 10 Burpees
- Partner 2: 15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
*For this workout, one person will be working on 1 movement at the same time the other partner is working on the other. Once both movements are completed, partners will switch movements.
