With a partner, complete the following for time:

  • 150 Wall Balls (30#/20#)
  • 100 C2B Pull-ups
  • 50 Power Cleans (155#/103#)

One partner is working on the reps, while the other partner is running 400m. Partners will switch tasks when the runner has completed the 400m.
