  • 1000m Row
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 800m Run
  • 750m Row
  • 75 Double Unders
  • 600m Run
  • 500m Row
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 400m Run

Intermediate:

  • Scale Double Unders to 60-45-30

Scaled:

  • Row 750m-500m-250m
  • Scale Dubs to 2:1 Single Unders
  • Run to 400m each round
