With a partner, complete for time:

  • 500m Row
  • 60 Pull-ups
  • 500m Row
  • 90 Push-ups
  • 500m Row
  • 120 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 500m Row
  • 150 Air Squats

Partners must alternate 500m Rows (2 each).  They may split up reps however they wish.
