A. Every :90 for 5 sets:

  • Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat @ 60-70%

B. Every :90 for 5 sets:

  • Hang Squat Snatch @ 75+%

Conditioning

Reps of 3-6-9-12-15-12-9-6-3 for time:

  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Complete 30 Double Unders to begin and end each round (10 total sets)

15:00 time cap

Scaling:

  • Scale Handstand Push-up reps to 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
  • Sub Handstand Push-ups with Pike Push-ups or Hand Release Push-ups
  • Scale Double Unders to 15 per round or Sub 50 Single Unders
