•20 Toes-2-Bar
•15 Overhead Squats (95#/63#)

*Partners will alternate exercises throughout the entire workout. Partner 1 will start with the Row, partner 2 will then complete the Toes-2-Bar, Partner 1 will then complete the Overhead Squats. This is Round 1. Round 2 will have both partners completing opposite exercises.
